Improvement of Helicopters.

*They should have a little transport capacity (2) for some units like militia, marines or infantry.
*Cheap prize.
*+1 capacity in desert storm.
*Some bonuses in GW.

I read in several threads they are going to add 1 capacity for marines for DS helicopters.
