A lot of the time in places like europe where you occupy a number of low production cities it doesn't seem worth it to have 4 different cities produce 1 tank each. If there was a way to order all of the cities in a selected area to produce the same type of unit after which you could just drag them out of their cities it would save a ton of time. Just an idea and it could obviously not be worth it to implement if there wasn't a simple way of going about it.

Keyboard Shortcuts would be helpful too: In the cities window (the star button that shows which cities can still build units) Pressing a letter and clicking should automatically build there, instead of having to open up each individual city page

Nope, and I don't really see the point of it, really. We will, however, make it possible to define a destination point for your units for more than 1 turn.
