Nowdays? Russia ofc. They are the gas providers for all western europe. I remember few years ago when Russia shut down the gas for western europe, most of west went on blackout lol. Also russia has better military force than germ

If germany was allowed to build a big army then they would have a chance,nowdays they have to rely on NATO
