We already know that 9/11 was created by US government and US state agencies like CIA to change public opinion to support Global War on Terror.

Apparently, system collapse and alot of pain is needed for a Power to reform and restructure. Like Russia or China. USSR collapsed and Russia learned from its mistakes. But American Empire is still unable to reform because of opinion they are 1# and have strongest military, which doesnt have to be wrong, but false information leads to wrong decision.

World is changing rapidly and American Empire have hard time finding its place in it because it is stuck in Cold War mentality. As US politicians admited, they are losing Information War to Russians and Espionage War to Chinese (Russians and Chinese are Allies). Definition is: Empire punch hard when feel insecure or think it will lose/collapse, therefore we have Financial Crisis of 2008, Economic Crisis of 2015, Color Revolutions, Terrorism.
Thats why American Empire create conflicts around the Globe, to try to survive, hence 9/11.

American Empire wants to remain number one, not two and certainly not number three, but to remain 1#, they have to create more conflicts and wars. Read 'Vassalage or War' by Jedi in Offtopic Forum.
