Why does DrPorkChop wf?

I got wf'd in t1 and then again t2 by drporkchop. i want to know when WF is acceptable and when it not acceptable,

Rome wf'd turn 1 by drporkchops transport, t2 wf'd by drporkchops milita, t3 milita moved to continue wf'ing Rome

t15 porkchop defeated by LowerEgypt/Macedonia gg

T1 is not ethical in competitive play, idk about other styles.

t2 is fine in any case tho

T2 onwards it's completely acceptable...

in fact t2 onwards it's done so frequently some people don't bother to wall their cap after t1

If you can show a screenshot of t1 i can block him too.

by the way tokugawa, t1 wfing is ok if you are wfing a NEUTRAL city... Say u are austria and you enemy is serbia, wfing hungary may be a smart move so you can take it next turn without fear of it being walled. Only t1 wfing the enemies countries or cities is not accepted
