Please implement Serbian Global: It's a second global channel and turned on by default, but can be opted out. No muting for saying random stuff, it will be one big Afterwind chat.

The problem with room chat is that not everybody sees it, which is essential. With Serbian Global Channel you also reach people who are in a game.
