Battle Screen bug.

Hello,

I was playing a duel, and I sent my units on berlin on a sea trans for recap my capital ( warsaw). Somehow, my units dissapear during battle Screen:

I had a force of 9 marines and like 6 militias. I process to check the places where they probably dissapear:


This is berlin, the main source. He attacked it, but my stack seems to no be there.



This is my sea transport. Yet he tbed it, but in the battle screen my stack doesnt appear eitle.



My destiny, Poland. My stack did never reach here.



When I start turn I find that my stack is still on berlin. Strange though because they didnt appear on Battle Screen. What would has happened if he capped berlin while my units are bugging like this? would he get the cap?
