Where's my proto-coins

Received message when started this game which stated the more i was active in community(message boards),
the more proto-coins i would receive,
x amount coinage for y amount involvement !!!

It doesn't work like that. It's a onetime reward with an easy requirements. And according to your data you've already received the reward.

Then why'd i receive a message to the effect that it does work that way?
i been stuck on 45 = sweet f.a. in scheme of things since almost the start of play.
how else do non-premium aquire pro-coin in a FREE game?
i've searched but found no answer!
even tried to join competitions to be informed premium only can enter/win WHY !
just how many benefits do premium need/receive
(keep discovering things by chance,anyone willing to divulge FULL list?)

non premium can get proto coins by translating words for the site or by random protocoin drops
there are no competitions that are premium only
u can see the premium benefits on the site

there is really no point in getting proto coins tbh

Have been on-site(always discover stuff off-site).
shall have another look though.
was informed only premium can enter=win comps(or was/is that more damnned elitism!).
random no drops more like.
proto-c may be pointless for prems but but not so for "frees".
translate what,the incessant gibberish bickering on this site ?
