Kick soldiers

Many times I find myself running air transports into the nearest neutral city so I don't have to pay the upkeep for it. I'd like to see a way to force troops to retire to help with upkeep. Maybe the player could be forced to pay a compensation fee in order to kick a soldier.

Before you post you should think and check to see if anyone else has already posted about the same thing. This has already been talked about and discussed.
