Using rare units with other different strategies

Heavy tank = Tank Genreal

Light tank = Blitzkrieg

partisan = Guerilla Warfare

Spy Satellite and Recon Submarine = Master of Stealth

anti tank infantry for perfect defense

fighters = Sky menace

Coastal Battery = for coastline cities ONLY using Naval commander

Partisans are made for "harasing" your enemy. :/ And well thats just what Guerrilla Warfare is so I don't see a problem with it.

Nope, rare units are too op, being able to openly build them would unbalance the game, sorry.

Those heavy tanks are gonna mess people up just saying..

Actually giving heavy tanks to tank general might actually make it usable lol :p

I suggest like the EXACT same thing earlier, Although slightly differently with some of the units.

I support, but I advise against making them buildable. Just buff up those units if you get them.
