Tourney for anyone that wants to rush and to have a God damn good reason for that! D
Requirements: rank 7+.
Settings:
Europe+
10k
Extra cities - on
Capture enemy capital and hold it for 1 turn
No rares
Game duration: 10 turns.
Turn duration: 3min.
(obviously i am lazy to type "Starting funds" and other stuff like "No rejoining". Dont judge me!)
Rules are simple:
-You have 10 turns to kill your opponent.
-No wf t1.
-There is no winning on sp, if you dont manage to kill your opponent in 10 turns, remake the game. If you fail it for the second time, both players are eliminated from the tourney. (unless its semi-finals)
-Simple elimination system. You win, you go forward. You lose, you are out.
-Double wall, rewall.. You go for it. Anything like that is allowed, not really interested in arguing about that so i'll allow it. Tho obviously you are not allowed to abuse bugs and also, funny rule, with enough proof, if one player intentionally end turn after other player dc'd, the one that ended turn is eliminated from the tourney.
-No east vs west games. Some countries would have too big advantage like that for a 10 turn game. So if the first player picks on east, other will be forced to pick on east too. Sweden, Germany, Czech, Austria and everything west is west countries. Rest is east, with exception for Poland, which will be considered both west and east pick. Not willing to kill option to "counter" Germany or Ukraine with Poland.
-..rule i forgot to add: If its tie, just remake the game. If you tie the first game, remake will also count as first game.

Rmk after first game, 2nd game will decide true winner. If 2nd game goes tie too, fuck them. They are not rushers. Right? :p

Mabye 1 turn cap holding? that way rushing is easier to do than slowrolling, and if you get tbed on defense it isnt the end of the world.
Another option is you cant stack a place for 3 or 4 turns in a row, would force people to keep moving, dunno how you would enforce that thou
