When somebody writes something in the lobby it should have a time (based upon whichever time zone the admins choose) written right after their name as well as a global clock somewhere on the interface of the game. Lobby can be pretty quiet at night, so if somebody advertises 'CW' or something, it's kind of awkward if you reply a long time after the person posted it.

Support, but just adjust time stamps to the local time of the player

I like this idea a clock at the top corner of the lobby showing server time. Would make setting exact tournament time easier. There could also be a command /time to find out server time while in game.
The message time can be displayed based on the server time the message was sent players could compare the current server time with the message to find the duration since the message
