France, like Germany, is a difficult spot to play. France should have a port in Corsica with like 1-2 reinforcements just for an extra boost in power and a slight boost in income by 30 coins. This should prove to be adequate for helping a player capture Italy and for an extra defense against Spanish troops. Quite honestly, I feel like France is fine as it is. France already can defeat other players with ease. It ma be a difficult spot to play in 3 v 3 but it depends on your skill set. Corsica would e a better spot to place an extra city rather than Northern France. Look at the logistics. With Corsica you can place walls from Sardinia to Corsica to Mainland France creating a nice defense to the South. Northern France is already fine as it is with Paris, Lyon, and Nantes which generate 14 reinforcements. Northern France also has expensive cities which make it unnecessary for an extra city up there leading to the logical conclusion of placing a dear little city in Corsica. An extra city in South France should not affect the cost much judging by my vision (+30 income +1-2 reinforcements) unlike a city in North France. Further into logistics, we see that Southern France can easily access Northern France for defense. Therefore, a port in Corsica, is my solution to WWII like countries killing France.
