I agree completely. i've been waiting almost a week now to hear from anyone on an issue i've been having as well. I'm dissapointed.

Talk to a mod. Prometheus and Heat Check are great (I may be biased though)
w.r.t admins its usually Ivan in my experience who replies over Amok and Sun.

Wow they really nerfed West Eu
