[STARTED ]1st Clan War Tournment. Double Elimination

I see waffel is not modifing his tournemnt so i decided to make another one with my idea . Below i repeat my idea

The tournemnt will consist on making a CWT like a normal PvP Tournment with Double Elimination. So as to make it faster than others CWT like Wafel hosted. I was planning ( after clans declare to join the tournment ) to decide a date of starting of tournment , that date mean all normal CWs made will be counted as cw played for the tournment too. So , for example , if MK has to go vs Illyria , and i decide that Tournment Start 1 October , the first cw made by these two clans will be counted as cw for the tournment too and update it in ''challonge'' of the tournment. That will happen for all matches after '' The date ''.
I will give deadlines to games too.

I need Leaders/officers to sign up.

Rules
* All matches have to be Clan Wars (so i dont need SS)
* I will decide the ''Starting Date'' for the first matches, that means the first cw made agains the challenged clan after that date will be count as a cw for CWT too.
* There will be a deadline for the cw to be made ... i will not give more then 4-5 days after the ''Starting Date''
* There is always the problems of the ''fair ranks''. Well it doesnt metter in this tournment. I want proofs of dealing to make a fair cw with ''the bests'' vs ''the bests''
* If a clans avoid another clan to cw ... it will be a loss!!
* If after the deadline i dont have proofs from both clans that they tried to deal , or to show the other clan avoided his clan ... It will be a loss for both!!

The Starting Date is stabilished for 26/09 And You have 5 days to make the first match (aka for 1/10)

I am sorry Skend...but I could be mistaken, but I don't remember ever signing up Syndicate for this tournament.

No it doesnt matter... if a clan dont play the match cos ranks are not fair .. it will be a loss

Saw a thread on this topic a little while back and I assumed it was supposed to be some sort of collaboration between waffel and skend. I had no idea it was at such an advanced stage with brackets up etc. State of Mind would be willing to participate in a tournament of this nature but I do not know how it would be possible under the current circumstances( with brackets already up etc). I had not even been contacted or anything. Waffel's idea was to have maximum participation and made every effort to involve as many groups as possible. I am not aware of the exact circumstances surrounding Syndicate's decision to not participate but I can imagine it could be related to the treatment of waffel(I could be wrong) . It just seems that there is a haste just to start this, not necessarily about inclusion(seems even evol just late joined). I think Shadow Aces, Winterfell and others like us may be willing to participate if an effort is made to reach them.I do not know if it is too late but maybe some agreement can be reached with waffel and more groups accommodated. Of course it is up to you guys but the entire reason I am even interested in a tournament of this nature is due to the efforts of Waffel

Listen , i posted the idea and waffel said he was going to modify his tournment but at the end he never did it... So i decided to make this new one.
With what waffel said , Syndicate will not partecipate to this cos it is a '' copy tournment''. Well it isnt here are new rules. And if waffel want to make his tournment work he can be more interested ( but he dont give a fuck ... his tournment started a lot of times ago and none play matches).
Regarding to you to partecipate in this , i decided to accept 8 clans cos 16 would have been impossible ... and 8 is fairest number to make a fair double elimination.
So i made the post... 6 clans saw it and joined ... i pred most active clans who didn t join and pred them if they could join . Your clan was not active this season so i thought u were inactive ... I have nothing agains your clan.
Regarding shadow aces ... one of their leaders said to me he want to be sure before joining ... they never letted me know so the spots have been taken.

If this type of tournment works i will make others in future where other clans can can have their opportunity to partecipate ( and i will do my best that CWT works cos i think it makes aw more interesting)

Pretty big inference there, isn't it? To sign up for a tourney that Syndicate simply doesn't have time for would be idiotic. And because I have pulled us from it because 95% of the clan will be unable to participate at the current time, we are know not serious about the game. Even Eagles would admit that with college currently, me and him are too preoccupied to commit too much time to this tournament. Waffel simply doesn't want to play due to him thinking Skend stole his idea. And Skills and Arch are busy will school. Not to include the other people who are busy with IRL stuff. The only one currently active enough and willing to play is Ars Moriendi. So...please...inform me how it would be fair for Syndicate to take one of ONLY 8 spots from another coalition that is currently more active than us?

Then, you should know by now that we would be willing to participate in this tournament if we had time. And it is an inference. An inference is based through evidence and reasoning which is what you are basing your statement off of(eg: observation through past experience). It is not based off fact. It is an inference at best.
