Like forreal, are there people with thinking disabilities? This ''helpchat spammer'' only spams because he wants to piss off the moderators, people, and want people to comment on him in help. He wants people to tell him to stop etc. I mean seriously, how more you try to fight it how harder it becomes to actually fight it. Same with little children, if you say no, they will cry and yell, if you fall for that they will do it everytime they hear no, if you ignore them and let them cry/yell out, they will adventually notice it doesn't work. Same is for this ''helpchat spammer'' if you keep deleting his messages, keep banning him, keep muting him etc. he will come back stronger than before and spam more.

Stop being such a bunch of retards and actually think for once, instead of using your brains alot of people in this game are duped of the actions of some people, for example the filter thing.

I mean face he facts, no mod or no admin is able to hold this guy, and he knows it, he actually told me himself in pr. Because I actually took only 5 mins to just pr him and ask him what he was going on for doing this. This game had several of people who deserved to get permanent banned but somehow ended up coming back because admins/mods were not able to keep them away from the game. They knew it, the helpchatspammer knows it, and alot of more people will know it.

Just ignore this dude and everything will be fine in some days or weeks. You guys act like helpchat did actually add something up to this game, still alot of people with questions and the helpchats got 9 out of 10 times trolled, so just forget it and mute the helpchat.

As a supporter, I didn't react anytime on his spam, but there are some people who gave that guy wind in back for doing such things.

Yes, with constant mentioning him, making 365 threads about him in forum, trying to stop him in Help channel, taking screenshot of every his message and muting his guest accounts you are just letting him know he took our attention and it's exactly what he searched for.
I don't say he mustn't be punished in certain way, but I am sure this is not the right one.
Chat filter? okay.
Ban? okay.
This amount of public attention? No, just no.

If only mods and admins (maybe supporters with them) can decide how to solve this on their own, secretly. The rest of community is not needed in this case. I am sure there is a way, but for fucking sake stop all these threads, contacts and warns on him, we got it.

*Unbanning Cobra cost $0, mods lose nothing by doing it.
*Requires no admin's time
*Can be easy remade if Cobra decides to break his promise
*Stop Cobra from spamming the help channel (which kinda solves the issue until a new troll appears).

The more people hear about this guy and the more he gets "rewarded"(attention) for his spamming the more he thinks he is having an affect on the game as a whole so the more he'll do it and the more he'll laugh,
I haven't been on game recently or witnessed this and i'm not trying to insult the fella but his life probably is THAT sad that he gets a buzz out of getting around the authority figures in THIS game. (mods/admins)

Best thing that could've been done is ignore the guy but now that there are threads galore, a filter feature and people asking him why he's doing it, I bet he feels like some kind of legend. You effectively ruled out your one shot at getting rid of him easily by giving him shit tonnes of attention.
I mean seriuosly the guy is an internet troll he goes on the internet and trolls people that is all he does he goes after easy targets and ooh bio this game turned out to be not only easy but juicy as fuck as well.

If the authoriy figure actually can't do anything about this guy then they should never have tried, the fact they have and now there are threads'n'shit that its been set in this lads head that he will get a rise out of this community. The only way this should have been dealt with is by ignoring the guy he'd have gotten bored eventually but now i feel like we're are looking at a situation where we are going to have to wait for this guy to get bored himself of what he is doing or finds something similar to do on another site and all because people couldn't act maturely and just let him burn himself out.

Does the help channel even matter that much? i sure as hell never used it and as far as i can remember i've rarely seen anyone use it legitimately.

Do you think that the censorship feature is lost on him. he knows he can get away with what he is doing because he's been shown he can get away with it by response's that are half cocked and lacking in decisiveness allowing him to come back again and again.

The mods could've and probably should've locked the threads, yea, in the beginning when they were complaint threads directed at the spammer but i'd imagine its too late now to ponder what if's and fairly irrelevant to come out with it half way down the conversation!

Now this thread exists because of the spammer but is actually a response to the actions of the part of the community who had engaged him and to be fair that is something i would actually like to know.
Why when people see a troll doing things for attention would you ever in a million years give that person attention????.

The 'censorship' feature exist from some months ago, just that we never got notified about it. I kinda agree with the rest.
