No but deadlifting absolutely kills me, for some reason it's just not one of those things i can do properly. My back role model is Sphinx, he is somehow able to grow abs on his lower back. We actually gave him the nickname "back abs" on the discord.

Use the the back extension machine and proper form when deadlifting. You won't injure your back if you do them right. Extensions are really good and underrated for back strength

Its me, ive injured my back from lifting a heavy crate, the friend part was just a meme, maybe 40+ kgs lifted from the back instead of with legs cause i didn't know how heavy it would be, my core is strong too but this was too much..and after 5-6 seconds i heard a snapping sound in the centre area of my spine...and just like that my back is fucked.

Its been maybe a day or two.. dont know might be a herniated disc or a muscle strain, havent been to a doctor yet but it hurts mildly only when doing some specific movements, still its fucked up.

I was being an asshole earlier on now i feel sorry for u....your back probably broken as we speak

its not a broken back its a disc matter that has moved out of its position, probably mild one too, if it werent my arms and legs wouldve probably been paralysed and id need surgery

I am mister ''perfect form'' squater, still once I injured my back on warm up set :/ Acumulative stres over time or something, totaly out of nowhere. Turned out it was nothing serious, I pulled a примицач (dont know the word in eng.) in lower back. I chilled out of lower body movements for two weeks, got back to the gym and got even stronger over time.

PS. I could not get out of bed without serious strugle for first couple of days. Walking was funky too.
