Epic Clan have a lot of new and fresh low ranks...

But how can we put to CW if every clan bar ENIGMA keep using the same high ranks?

In a perfect world every clan would have a max of like 6 Clan war players and 3 trainees. Anytime a player is lost to inactivity or another clan get a new trainee.

I agree but our inability to create such clans on our own means we need a system to do it for us.

I don't like this namedropping. When illyria died i had 3 options, remain in illy and attempt to keep it alive assuming full leadership(something i did not want the responsibility of), leave illyria or quit atwar entirely.

I'm at a stage where i just want to enjoy aw and play some clan wars. I've no interest in leading new clans.

illyria didnt really die,just a few leaders gone inactive,and you left and made all others leave and follow you in sm.

To be honest to "new" players like me and tons of low ranks cw's are boring because its the same EU map. I'll be very exited when we have a WWII cw or something...

If we can't stop high ranks from fighting each others then we should allow different seasonal ELO depending on rank. Says one seasonal elo for rank 10+ CWs, other for rank 6-9 CWs and the overall ELO. Also trophies for seasonal.

That way, high ranks could still compete for their precious #1 place, but low rank clans could also compete for #1 place in a different system. Clans who wishes to win both classifications would have a hybrid system with both high and low rank, and so on.

You have a certain point, but AW isn't fully about competitive, never has been, never will ever since custom maps rose to power.

Too many splitting between competitive players.

Ranks 8-15 have all and almost all needed upgrades for participating in fully competitive scene. And if you have.ranks 8 or 9 online, you will, logically, search for equalling ranks with one opponent's rank 8 or 9.

Whatsmore, 98% of CWs are played by ranks 9+ so if you make a parallel CWing system only for ranks 6-9, I bet there would't be more than 10 CWs per season. Especially if you don't include all Critical's alt in them.

Only coalition which is really using lower ranks are Mecoy's noobs. Others use them rarely or very rarely (example: Epic clan (used that rank 7, without including Critical's alts), RD (used 2 times rank 8 with no Prem, SM who used rank 8).
Others just don't use them. Best example MK, they are fighting with their best, it's their decision and it has to be respected from a competitive player.
All lower ranks are their alts or become an alts in some time.


Only solution to lower rank CWs might be making separated CW room for lower ranks as it is for standard games, but make it from 3-7 or continue searching on Global for a low rank CW with shown ranks.

I did 4 times and I still find it pointless..

What will be when 11-10-8 ranks have a CW with 7-12-9?
Would you consider it as high rank CW or lower rank CW ?
To whom will seasonal Elo go?

The amount of clans would increase making it more of a necessity for clans of few players to bring up low ranks to fill in the holes in there rosters.

Why would there be clans of few players? Increacing the number of clans does not spread the high ranks more thinly when there are more than 10 high ranks in most clans. With fewer places, every clan would be full of as many strong players as possible.

maybe a 15 capacity for r9+ and unlimited for lower ranks?

what happens when they rank up? SM is a stacked clan but what people dont see is that 13/20 r9+ in SM joined at rank 6 or below and are organically grown.

there should be a number cap that increases with 1. Clan age. 2. Player loyalty 3. players r7 and under not needing to be registered.

OR

You have a set number players that can be registered to cw for 1 season, clan size can be as large as you like but only registered players can cw.

then you look at sm and see only invis and skend followed laochra. Then you look at skends games and see he has been inactive for months. Then you look at all of illyrias leadership like pont khal acqui joed and see they too are inactive.

Then you realise that andertes isnt telling the truth, he is just talking a load of shit, as per usual. Kindly do us all a favour, and learn how to post on the forums, or even better, stop posting here altogether.

this i agree with...in a year or so all of enigmas core will be high ranks as well then people will start crying like they do about mk...the thing is to always have low ranks training as well...and let them cw ffs.

I though laochra grew in Illyria....

I have nothing against MK or SM, but making a brand new seasonal score seems the best option to encourage clans to use something else than their highest ranks. You high rank guys could still fight each others and have fun, also earn trophies. Just that other clans like noobs or we could also fight with clans from our tier and have fun, win trophies, etc.
