Friend Chat

We should have chat that works between all of the people one has on his/her friends list. I feel it should be made for Premium players only (like global chat is). It would work so that when friends are first added they are, by default, set to the friend chat but can be removed from friend chat, without one being removed from ones friends list. To add someone to friends both people must send friend request to same persons.

This seems very similar to the "group" chat suggestion that has been made multiple times (where you can join a group which has its own chat similar to clan chat). In my opinion, the group chat idea is much more useful.
