Naval Commander and Guerrilla Warfare

Yo homo's.. I mean homies lololol so my main strategies are guerrilla warfare and naval Commander although I prefer NC cuz ships are dope ASF and I was hoping y'all could help me out with specifically which upgrades I should invest in that'd be beneficial to both because even when using NC I use Marines as my main units for taking land locked cities.. also I would love to hear tips from any NC experts, it's the strategy I'm partial to, but it can be situationally difficult to use some of the time .
